Making a purchase
Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Once your order has been placed we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order, we will use the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Please make sure you enter a valid email address. Your order can only be confirmed once our credit card has gone through and been accepted by our payment gateway.
Once the order is despatched you will receive an email with despatch date and tracking number.
Credit card security
Payments are made through our secure payment provider Sagepay. We do not store credit card information.
Product and pricing
Products may be withdrawn from sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification, before or after a sale if a pricing error has occured. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by fairtradegifts.ie.
We will never provide your contact details for marketing purposes to third parties.
These terms and conditions, and all disclaimers and other material on our website, are governed by and written in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, to which both parties submit.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide you with our return address and offer a full refund. All items being returned must reach us within 7 days, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. The refund will NOT include the cost of the original posting or any postage costs incurred in returning. Please ensure you carefully re-wrap in the original packaging to ensure a safe return. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the returned item and refunds will be made via original method of payment. Please also obtain proof of postage when returning items as refunds or exchanges can not be issued for any product that fails reach us.
If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods are faulty, incorrect, missing parts or have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning us on +353 83 8267202 . You have 7 days to notify us of any issues from the date of delivery.
